1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameVault ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use GameVault. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

GameVault provides free online browser games for entertainment purposes. By using the Platform, you agree to:

All games available on GameVault are provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee that any game will be available at all times, and we reserve the right to remove or modify any game without prior notice.

Game content, including graphics, sounds, and gameplay mechanics, belongs to their respective developers and creators. GameVault acts as a platform for hosting and displaying these games.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding game content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GameVault and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GameVault.

5. User Conduct

When using GameVault, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit any game or the Platform itself.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation.

  • Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of GameVault.

6. Age Requirements

GameVault is intended for users of all ages. However, some games may contain content that is more appropriate for mature audiences. We recommend that children under the age of 13 use the Platform under parental supervision.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's online activities and to review the games their children play on the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GameVault is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GameVault, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GameVault. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
